The decision
A multi-club football organisation cannot scale on fragmented outreach and payments. The real decision was operational: one shared system, or continued local workarounds.
What we clarified
Player identity, club onboarding, and payment flow had to work as one product story — clear for athletes, usable for club operators.
The platform made the pathway visible: register, manage a profile, complete a try-out payment, keep data in one place.
Why it matters now
Founders building membership, marketplace, or network products face the same pressure: local variations versus a coherent system. Clarity in the operating model comes before interface polish.
