Public platforms age in public. The choice was whether to protect continuity of trust while updating how people find and use the content.
What we clarified
Editorial hierarchy, navigation, and presentation had to support serious material without visual noise.
The refresh kept the civic purpose intact while making the experience easier to enter and return to.
